Dental work...

AF is due between the 24-26th. I went to the dentist today and they informed me that I needed to get one of my wisdom teeth pulled ASAP due to an infection and start of an abscess. I scheduled it for next Tuesday the 19th. (At least 5 days before my period is due) There is no way to tell now if I have conceived before my dentist appt. I won't be knocked out for the procedure. I am just concerned that if I have conceived this cycle, this will cause a miscarriage. However, a major infection could also cause the same type of harm. I will be calling my OB tomorrow. I just wanted to know your experiences. Thanks!
