QUESTION!!!!!!

I have a question and maybe someone could answer it. I'm 19 years old and yes I'm sexually active. I'm currently on my period that should normally last 3 days. I started my period Sunday morning, and it still hasn't ended. No it's never done this before. This period hasn't given me any side effects. Such as bloating, cramping, cravings or anything. Just simply bleeding. When I look at my pad there's a little bit of blood, size of a quarter. But when I wipe with a wipey or regular toilet paper all this blood comes out that wasn't on my pad. I'm sorry this is long but I'm just concerned.
