Type 1

My boyfriend has Type 1 Diabetes, and he has ever since he was 8. We want TTC next year!

Now I came off all BC last year for 5 months and didn't get pregnant. I've now come off it again, it's been 2 months and still the same negative test. (We have sex about 5 times a week so I know that isn't the issue). I know that it can take a while for your body to get rid of all of the hormones that BC kindly gives you.

I'm obviously not looking to conceive yet but I was wondering if any knows if having Type 1 Diabetes decreases your fertility rate?
