Nappy changes are the worst!!

Ladies I literally dread changing his boy because he rolls all over the place and screams and try's to crawl away (I don't have a changing table i do it on the floor). He stays absolutely still for my partner because he gives him his phone to place with but when I try it his the exact same and crawls away don't know what I can do I've tried toys and all sorts even juice to keep him still but nothing!! Anyone else having this trouble?
