I don't think it suggests pregnancy right in that moment but that doesn't mean you're not. But that has happened to me before.

That happened to me a lot with my current boyfriend and it was because of my birth control. something about the vaginal walls had thickened so when he went rough or hit it a certain way I would bleed because more concentrated blood was in that area than before
