Stomach bug while pregnant

So, a friend of mine wanted me to watch her kid and didn't bother telling me that the kid had a stomach bug a week ago.. Yesterday was HORRIBLE!! I couldn't even keep Sprite and water down. I'm feeling a lot better now, just still a little sick to my stomach. But not throwing up anymore. Should I call the doctor or wait it out?
