It's okay to eat deli meats just like it's okay to eat seafood just don't eat it everyday and my ob actually told me heating deli meat is the worst and that's what you should be worried about don't worry about eating a good sandwich. As long as it's not every day your eating the cold or hot meat you will be fine

Just eat non-deli meat sandwiches or have it heated up for you if you're worried.  Try to steer clear of the processed, low quality deli meats, but there's nothing wrong with deli meats inherently. There's actually more of a listeria risk in melons and salad greens though.

Yes for sure, I have just made sure I heated the lunch meat up a bit but don't really like the taste of warm lunch meat.
