Last April I lost my baby girl at 30wks. She was perfect and healthy the whole pregnancy and then one day just didn't have a heart beat. Afterwards my doctor tested my blood and confirmed that I have something called Lupus type Anticoagulant that causes my blood to clot more than normal. This may be what happened to my little girl. My body may have sent a blood clot through the placenta. Well I just found out I'm pregnant again! Should be exciting right? I want to be excited but I'm so nervous. This time I have to take baby aspirin and a lovenox shot daily throughout my pregnancy. Any one else have to do this or have any advice for me? I'm so nervous and don't know what to expect.
