29 weeks and working out!
I had lots of women on here tell me- "just wait!" "You won't be working out in your third tri!" "You're going to get so huge you won't be working out." "Working out at 12 weeks- talk to me when your 30"
Well here I am! Still hitting it hard at almost 30 weeks! My little nugget is measuring ahead and weighed over 3pounds and I am feeling great.
pregnancy does not mean we are broken! And exercise is one of the absolute best things you can do for yourself, your baby, and your eventual recovery.
I understand high risk women don't have this luxury. I feel blessed to have not felt sick at all this pregnancy.
But it's totally possible to have a very active pregnancy!
