How are you dealing with constipation?

Oh my god, I knew I was pregnant before I missed as because my stomach hurt so bad.

How are you getting through this symptom? Have you found anything that helps relieve the pressure?

I am only 5 weeks. Anyone know how long this lasts?

Apple juice and going for walks help me.

I am 22 weeks and still get it now.. theres tablets you can take but not sure what they are called as i havent used any. Try eating plenty of fruit maybe?

Colace. Pregnancy safe and over the counter. I take 2 a day and drink plenty of fluids. I stay pretty regular.

If you are constipated now at 5 weeks you will probably have that problem the entire pregnancy. When I would be constipated or just didn't take a big poop in a while I would eat cuties. Weird but for some reason it always worked

I'm 22 weeks today and still suffering pretty badly,I've tried everything,prune juice,laxido,yoghurts,wheatabix.. I really hope it eases up for you soon! The best thing I've had is white chocolate and a cup of tea,no idea why! Good luck :)
