Ezcema?

So we have been to about 10 doctors and they are no help! Actually a doctor prescribed us antibiotics $107 and he had an extremely bad reaction went in the ER and the doctor in the ER was like why the hell is he on antibiotics if they havent diagnosed him! 
Please someone if you have a natural remedy please help. He is up every single night screaming because he is so itchy and uncomfortable. These pictures are on a good day😟

Aveeno Oatmeal bath works awesome and I use aphora ointment and then Aveeno oatmeal lotion I have a sheet on ezceme. I was told it is due to something they are allergic too my son got it at 5 months he was allergic to milk my 7 week daughter has it not sure to what now I use to have it and I am allergic to all fruits and nuts
