Is it just me or is it rude when someone asks if it was planned?

An acquaintance/coworker asked me if it was planned? Im sure she meant nothing by it but i would never ask someone it.

It is very rude. My boyfriend and I call it a surprise, but people act like it is so much worse that way. We are happy, so what is it to them?

I think that's very rude, especially from a casual acquaintance like a coworker. People say such rude things sometimes especially to pregnant women.

No i feel, its rude and annoying.. i always tell the person that asks me that question, well you know what im not in charge of my life and its not my will, God's in charge and its his  will

I got pregnant when my son was 7 months. So I've gotten that question and the comments oh didnt you learn how babies are made? Um yes? Considering I took clomid to get pregnant both times this was very planned so shut up.

Whats really rude is when they ask who the father is.....went through a rough patch with my husband but we had been back together for 5 months....smh
