Why??

Question

How come everytime I shave I ALWAYS get rashes and it starts to itch and it won't go away for about a week.. I've done everything I even leave it alone.. Can someone help me?

It's half razor burn half ingrown hairs. For me what works is I use dove body wash to shave with and I use men's razor with 5 blade. I notice men's gets closer to the hair so it doesn't leave any irritation. Hope that helps

I've read applying coconut oil immediately after shaving helps reduce the razor burn! Haven't tried it, but worth a shot.

I found that rubbing some coconut oil on mine after I get out of the shower and then just leaving it really helps; it took away my basically lifelong razor burn after two nights of this lol!

Use a fresher shaper razor, and a more natural shaving medium/lather.  You could also be reacting to a deodorant you are applying afterwards to open pores
