Is there a way to stop leaking breast milk during pregnancy?

For medical reasons, I already know I won't be able to breastfeed, and it breaks my heart. I'm thirty weeks right now, and I've been having some oozing. It's so hard having that reminder of my failure as a mother, and I just want it to stop.  I've heard of ways to stop breast milk production after birth, but is there anything I can do now?

No one else is saying this??? You ARE NOT a failure for not being able to breastfeed. Every body is different, and there should be no shame in having a medical reason for not being able to breastfeed. Hell, even if you chose not to, there's no shame. My best friend wasn't able for longer than a couple weeks since she needed to l get back on her medicine. And she found other ways to bond with her sons.

As for the leaking, just get some of the breast pads that absorb the leakage until it stops.

I think cold cabbage leaves can help dry you up, but I haven't done a lot of research! Not sure if it'll work while pregnant but you can try

It's not actually milk that you're leaking; just colostrum. From what I've been told, there aren't any ways to make it stop.

Cold cabbage leaves but no use in trying until after baby comes, you'll just keep producing until baby is here
