Sorry if it's tmi but I am miserable right now. I had my daughter yesterday and had a vaginal birth via induction. I got a second degree tear so had to get stitches which I expected and I did great with the pain and only took motrin. However now that I am home, the stinging hurts 10 times worse when I pee than it did at the hospital and I have got to got do number 2 but it hurts so bad to push at all that I just can't. Is there anything I can do to make anything better? I have the ice packs and the squirt bottle and they're amazing but it's still extremely painful to use the bathroom to where I'm in tears now.
