Is it normal for your tummy to feel like it's twitching inside(if that makes sense) or feel tight sometimes?

I'm supposingly to be 4 weeks and 1 day but I haven't took a hpt yet but for some reason I just "feel" pregnant plus having some symptoms.

I get that when my baby's moving. But im 17+2 and 4w if you are pregnant, is way way way to early to feel anything, they're not even a fetus yet. Could just be a twitchy muscle
