I just had a question on placenta encapsulation. I have been thinking about eating my placenta due to the health benefits that it has, but my only problem is I cannot swallow any sort of pill! If I did get my placenta encapsulated, could I break the capsule and mix it with yogurt and take it that way? I have already looked into other ways and options and none have interested me.
