Does everyone had implantation bleeding?

I definitely know I had the implantation cramps but no bleeding. Cramping felt like really sharp sudden pain in my uterus for a few seconds then went away. Found out I was pregnant shortly after.

I didn't with my first pregnancy so I was shocked this pregnancy to find out I was pregnant because I had my "period" little did I know it was implantation bleeding, every pregnancy is different

This pregnancy (#5) i acutally seen it, with all my others i payed no attention to anything bc i was never ttc .
