This has been my nightmare come true. I don't know how to get rid of them but I use Preparation H wipes every day and they have yet to hurt or itch or bleed. My nurse told me that they won't go away until after I deliver. Damnit!

Use hemmorrhoid cream and 2x a day. Be generous with it! If you're having problems passing stool up your water and fiber/colace as well and that may help you not to strain and make them worse. And get Tucks! They are the only thing that relieves the discomfort. They feel even better if you stick some the fridge. Your ass will thank you before and post partum. Good luck! I feel your pain! 😖

Haha im so glad you posted this! I've never had them before but during pregnancy they are full force 😩 it makes me fear going to the bathroom lol. But preparation H worked well for me and helped to take away the pain and swelling in like a couple days

I'm doing a witch hazel compress which is helping with the pain, but not making the issue go away. I've dealt with bad hemmoroids when not pregnant and the best things I can recommend are oatmeal soaks/baths, witch hazel compresses and warm followed by cold/ice compresses.
