Yes ugh I hate it when my boyfriend doesn't want to have sex (phone sex in my case, or sexting because long distance) for a few days because I have a high sex drive and like to feel like he wants me. It's important to me.

In a relationship sometimes there's a dry spell which could be caused by a lot of different things. Anything from being very busy all day, not feeling well, temporary low sex drive(just not being in the mood) and not be able to see each other. There are also medical reasons  why some couples hardly ever have sex because they struggle to function in that department, this doesn't mean they can't be happy though.

Lots couples only have sex once or twice a week and sometimes even less. And of course many couples have sex between 4-7 time a week and even more. It all depends on the couple and their sexual needs.

Of course if you not in a relationship sex would be a lot less because you need to find a partner before you can have sex.
