Mistrust

Clara

At the moment my partner and I are living in Lithuania. It's a tiny country and there are only three fertility clinics to choose from. The good part is, treatment is really affordable (we paid less than €500 for IUI#1, including all visits, tests, etc.). The bad part is, sometimes I wonder if I'm getting the best treatment? I see women here commenting on sperm motility, opks, basal temperature... My RE said nothing of that is really relevant. He calculated my fertile days based on my cycle, checked I had at least one decent follicle and inseminated me. He did mention my partner's sperm was very good quality but didn't provide any further info (I didn't ask). Should I be concerned?

It's not like we could afford to go to the UK for treatment so I'd like to get some reassurance that I'm not wasting my time and money here.
