Help me get my sex drive back.

Okay so I have M.E and Fibromyalgia, which means I'm forever tired and in pain, along with a basket full of other wonderful symptoms. I'm also going through a lot emotionally, and I still live at home with my parents, which makes getting sexy difficult because they have no concept of privacy.

Recently my sex drive has disappeared. I don't know whether it's because sex makes me even more exhausted and in pain or if it's cause I'm at home or because of emotional stuff, but it's gone.

My BF has a ridiculously high sex drive, I'm pretty sure he'd be at it all day if he could. I feel bad because of it and cause I do love him and I an attracted to him but I can't deal with sex right now.

Any tips on how to get things going again? TIA x
