39+6 days and no signs of labor
So I am 4 days away from my due date and I've yet to have any symptoms of labor. No pain or pressure whatsoever and I am also not dilated. The doctor says I am still high, thick, and tight. I literally feel "normal." I feel like myself except I'm just carrying a baby.
It's weird to say I wish I felt some labor symptoms to know I was getting closer. I would love to avoid being induced, but the doctor is going to give me a week pass my due day before they decide to induce.
My whole pregnancy I've been pretty fortunate. It's been a pretty easy pregnancy. No morning sickness, I've been able to work out, you till these last few weeks, and I've been in a great mood. Everyone says I've been a nice pregnant person lol.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
