Baby's here

Kristin
After a 48 hour long pitocin induced labor with no pain medication our rainbow baby girl is here! I was going for a vba2c and it ended in a repeat csection due to my cervix swelling and not progressing past 7cm. During the surgery, my bladder tore apart from excessive scar tissue. She was so worth all of the pain and worry. She also passed meconium right before the surgery which was scary. My spinal block wore off halfway during the surgery to repair my bladder and I felt everything so I had to be put under general anesthesia. So grateful to have our 3rd healthy baby girl and to be recovering so well so quickly. In the 26 years and 5000 babies my doctor has delivered, there has only been 1 other case of the bladder tearing, which was 20 years ago.
