What is the best kind out there ? I've took one a days but I wasn't much for them , they always made me feel nausea and like I wasn't getting what I needed from them .

My midwife told me what I'm using now is fine since it doesn't make me sick, but did give me a bunch of prescription prenatal samples in case I like one of them more. Talk it over with your doctor, they'll be able to help.

Tbh I think your doctor would be the best to talk to about this. He know your body type and what you and your baby need to thrive and if you have problems with them making your stomach upset, you should probably start taking them with food.
