TTC, first ovulation cycle

I was on the pill for around 7 years before. I have been off for a year now. However, my periods haven't been regular since last October. I went to the gyno & she prescribed me progesterone, in hopes to regulate them. I had a period last month (a little longer and heavier than normal). So during our ovulation week we had sex every other day, including our assumed peak day, 6/26. According to Glow, I was supposed to start 3 days ago, but I have not yet. Should I wait another week or should I test now?
