Sun flower seeds??

I didn't think sun flower seeds where bad for the baby but one of my friend loves them and her mom told her that sun flower seeds are bad for the baby?? Are they really?

Lots of sodium but I ate loads of them while pregnant and I have a perfectly healthy 10 month old. I think some people are a tad over cautious. Although my son is super thirsty all the time 😏😭
