How do I treat this?! I'm so afraid of it getting worse. Right now it doesn't hurt or anything but it is quite ugly and uncomfortable. I got preparation h wipes, but they're not really doing much in terms of healing it. I am not constipated. I actually think it formed from having diarrhea and going to the bathroom too much!! 😣 help!!!
