Has anyone been exercising lately?
I feel guilty for not exercising as much during my pregnancy. I bought all these pregnancy workout DVDs and I haven't really used them. Been so busy with work, I get tired often, it's so darn hot and mana is feeling heavy. 😓 It's such a change cause I used to be so into fitness before pregnancy. I cancelled my gym membership when I was 3 months pregnant cause I had a scary moment ...
Anywho I'm 33 weeks pregnant and I'm now trying to do kegels, going for walks, and my DVDs . Hope it's not too late 😕
Have you been exercising? If yes, what type of workouts ? And did exercise really help with delivery or you delivered fine without much exercise? Comment below 😬
