Help please! So confused
Some of you ladies have probably seen me post here the last few days. I've had 4-5 faint positive hpt tests and today I am a week late for my AF. Have been experiencing back pain and cramping. Along with sore breasts and dizziness off and on. Went to get a blood test last night and it was negative and found out I have a uti. I'm so confused and just don't know how to explain the faint positives and the fact I missed my period completely! Someone help! Could I still be pregnant even though the blood test was negative?!
