Low Ovarian Reserve

Has anyone had any success with IVF with a diagnosis of diminished ovarian reserve and poor egg quality? My husband and I have had two miscarriages with Clomid, many failed iui-s, and recently failed our first cycle of ivf with a fresh transfer. We have one frozen embryo that we will probably transfer, but I am feeling so confused and unsure of what I should do! I don't feel like it Is worth it to do more ivf if the frozen transfer does not work if my eggs are not good and they don't get many. I have a relative that would probably donate her eggs if it came to that, but I am struggling with the thought of not having children that biologically mine. Our doctor told us I could try taking COq 10 to improve egg quality, but there is not much research that supports that it actually works. Anyone else have similar issues or success stories?
