Never get to relax

Omg I'm so angry all iv wanted to do since 5 this morning is sit down I'm always on my feet I work 3 days a week and do school run and cook and clean today I didn't have work so I fault I'll sort the house out blitzed it and went shopping then my boyfriend that iv been with for 8 months starts making a mess again and brings his friends over and says the place is a shit whole and I need to bath my kids now ( my kids r from a different relationship ) I still have to sort the washing out and do dinner and he hasn't helped at all and if I ask him to his says in a min and never does it what can I do to get him to help he does nothing just plays xbox all day and night and doesn't even help with electric or food as he hasn't got a job
