Birth control + spironolactone for acne?

Has anyone taken these 2 together and are they effective? I'm currently taking ortho tri cyclen lo. My gyno said it will help my acne but it's been almost 3 months and so far no improvement. Should I try spiro? I'm scared to lose my sex drive

Spiro saved my life. It's amazing. Takes six or so weeks to show results. Cleared my cystic acne in just a few months. I weaned myself off after six months of use. Highly recommend!

I currently take spironolactone and birth control, for acne and hormonal issues. Since I've begun taking the spironolactone, my skin has gotten a little better but not by much. Everyone is different though, so it might work for you.
