episiotomy
Hey everyone,
I'm still pregnant in week 23, but been reading a lot about delivery and recovery afterwards. I'm coming from a country where episiotomy is a common thing to do and few doctors don't support it since a natural perineal tear is easier to recover than episiotomy. However, I'm afraid of having a tear and what my sex life will look like after that.
How hard is it to deliver your baby naturally as possible?
Did you had any tears?
And how I should expect my sex life after delivery to be?
