Sweet smell

Ladies, I need help. I have this friend who has a sweet smell to her urine. As far as she knows she isn't diabetic. What else do u think it could be. I have gave her my opinion and she is afraid to ask other people so I am asking for opinions of every one else. She did tell me the other day that she has been having unprotected sex with her parenter. What all could make a sweet smell to your urine??? Please don't read and not reply cause I am at a lose to on what to tell her.
