Itchiness, HELP!!

I recently had sex in the past week about 3 times, and recently I've started to notice that my vagina is kind of red and itchy in the inside of my "lips". It doesn't itch all the time but only when I touch it or it rubs on my clothing or something.. What could this be and how can I stop it?
