Pregnancy-what to eat?
I'm going to test later this morning. I think I'm pregnant 😃 I read that weeks 4-8 (I'm starting week 4) are the most important for development, so I would like to make sure I have a REALLY healthy diet! What should I be eating?
I'll have a fruit smoothie and cantaloupe for breakfast, but what are some other nutrient-rich foods for my soon-to-be little one?
