Anyone think this was a miscarriage??

So i was exactly 5 day's let on friday. No bleeding no spotting no nothen. Had two postive home pregnancy test" then out of blew moon was bleeding lime a hevy cycle. Well all day long friday i bleed. Then getting home i passed this big red thing that seem to look like or fill as a big peace of fat tissue. Then on Saturday i went to er they tell me i have a negative pregnancy test. All my blood cells and all we're fine. Ive never passed anything like this before. So anyone think it was a miscarriage??
