MC two months ago and now a chemical pregnancy ?

Had a miscarriage in October, had a normal cycle and now experiencing a chemical pregnancy two months later.  Does anyone have any advice for moving forward and how to get over the fear of trying again? Any encouraging stories are greatly appreciated!!!!

I've had two MCs this year. If the first one would have stuck, we would have had Our baby the first week of this month. Today for some reason it hit me really hard. Uncontrollable sadness/crying all morning and afternoon. My husband has been a great support system and makes me feel less crazy for getting so emotional out of thin air. It's just such a tricky fine line between talking about it to make you feel better, and not wanting to talk about it at all. I'm not sure what it is I want to hear that will make me feel better. I'm not sure what I would say to me. He ended up just holding me while I cried and that seemed to do the trick, no words needed. I hope you find what it is that will help. What you feel you need to heal. Time does help, but will never erase. You are not alone.

I don't really have any advice, except that it's okay to take some time to grieve. Sorry for your loss.
