Who pooped during labor?!

Question

So I hear pooping during labor happens 😆 I understand it's normal, I had a couple questions.
💩My first, do they tell you?! If you poop will they let you know,

💩do they make comments or weird faces?will it get on them possibly? Haha

💩Could you tell if you were pooping?

I've been eating a lot of prunes I poop like 4 times a day. I'm afraid of going into labor spraying ..

I think I pooped but they won't tell you cause they don't want to stress you. As soon as I pooed I heard them say something like clean it up. I think they don't tell you cause when I pooped I got shy al of a sudden I was scared to push. I even forgot pushing for a minute cause I was so embarrassed it was going to happen again. I actually got yelled at for not pushing:/ my baby's heart rate was dropping. So I had to get myself together. They don't care about hair hemmmoroid poo or whatever you might think off. Just getting that baby out nice and safe. Oh also you have to push from where you poo anyways I was pushing through my vagina which makes sense at the time. But nope you have to push like your taking the biggest dump ever. Sorry for the long rant! Just don't be nervous serious if it happens it happens. Focus on bringing that sweet child out!

I didn't poop but I lost my appetite the two days before and didn't eat much so there wasn't much in there

I didn't with either of my deliveries, but I pooped a ton while laboring, so I was pretty much cleared out by the time I started pushing. I did pee, though. I didn't have epidurals either time, so I definitely felt that. Haha

I pooped and didn't know. My sister told me later that I did. I'm glad I didn't know then cause I'd have been crazy embarassed.

Well with my daughter I pooped while pushing her out yes but my son I didn't, I pooped during the first part of my labor (: I even peed about 20 minutes before he was born 😂 it was awesome not having a cath

Okay so I was kind of 'high' on nitrous oxide ... But tbh I think I did poop. And several times. At that moment (like other women are saying...) YOU JUST DONT CARE!😂
I had so many urges to push and they kept telling me to wait for the Doctor bc he was on his way but I couldn't wait and sometimes I'd push .... And I literally told the lady I need to poop and she's like that's what it feels like, but when I feel that I'd poop she'd just wipe it away. Didn't say a word , she's the real mvp 😂😂😂😂 cause my dad mom and bf were there and would have been embarrassing if she would have been all oh hey guys she just pooped

With my first I was in the birthing tub when I pooped a few times. I only peed on the doctor. No one said anything when I pooped, my midwife just got the aquarium net and non-chalantly scooped it out and flushed it. I didn't feel it happen and no one was grossed out. I wasn't even embarrassed; she's seen lots of women poop, and if body functions grossed her out she wouldn't be in her line of work. Plus, it wouldn't gross me out to scoop or clean up poop. I've done it before, helped a friend in the hospital wipe his butt even...its just poop, it doesn't scare me. They acted the same way I would have acted about it. I peed pretty hard on the doctor. I was pushing and I thought it might be amniotic fluid, because it was so much and so forceful. When it was over I asked him if that was the baby, and he said "no, it was..ummmm...you just peed." He said it like he was worried I'd be embarrassed, but here I was with my vagina less than a foot from his face while he was tugging and pulling my baby out with a vacuum, and the whole room was staring at my lady parts. I was so beyond feeling embarrassed I didn't care one bit. I just wanted the baby out, and I didn't care what came out with him.
