There isn't a set age that men stop producing sperm. If he is healthy, he can have children till the day he dies. Now if your asking when might not be able to keep up with raising a child, I would say 60+. If he is mentally sound, financially stable, and physically healthy, I see nothing wrong with an older father. It may be weird, and the kid may lose his father sooner in life, but that doesn't make it wrong.
