mood swings before/after period

So as a female I notice that often I have crazy mood swings. like I'll be acting SUPER irrational and like pick a fight with my boyfriend, but then be upset when he finally gets mad 😂😂😂 it's not like a do it on purpose, it's just these mood swings that I get! any other female experience this craziness? 😂😂 I constantly catch myself doing it!
