My first and twins :(

I just had a miscarriage with my twins on July 15th. This is my first pregnancy ever and me and my husband are torn apart , we had been trying for over 2 years and were so happy. I was 7 weeks and 4 days. The next day the bleeding had calmed down a bit and since then it's been light until today, I'm getting painful cramps again and bleeding more. I hate this, it's just a reminder of what happened. How long does the bleeding usually last? This is painful.
