mental illness option??

so i have depression, SAD, and GAD, and im a tad unsure on the "cause of mood" bit on the logs. it isnt "unclear", it isnt "my family or friends", it's because of a little chemical imbalance. i just feel like it could be important because having a little anxiety isnt the same as an anxiety disorder, and having depression isnt the same as being sad. anyone?? :)))

I have major depressive disorder and borderline. I NEVER know how to log my moods because they flip so quickly and it's just chemicals.

Glow should definitely be looking into making their app more inclusive. If you want to you could email glow about this issue, and ask them to expand their app in order to be more inclusive of people with mental illnesses?

I say the same thing I'm bipolar/ manic depressive with slight ocd and anxiety and off my meds because I'm ttc my moods are not so simple..I can be happy in love one minute then sad and anxious later that day..I don't know they should make it easier to keep track because I have noticed that hormonal changes definitely matters with my mood cycling back and forth.
