Period length got shorter

My periods used to come every 31 days. I think it's going back to 28 days since I got the Paragard IUD out. But, my periods used to be fairly heavy and last about 7/8 days with the IUD.  But since I took it out in April my periods have gotten weird. April period lasted 4 days and medium flow same with May. That's what it used to be before I had the IUD in. Now June and July it was pretty light and lasted 1 day to 1 1/2 days. Anyone have their cycles suddenly change to be that light and be normal? It's super weird.
