Opinion please

My best friend has been dating this guy for about 3 months he is 21 she's 20. She has a 1 year old by another man which isn't an issue because her new boyfriend execpts him. The part that is really bothering me is since they've been together he had sex with a 14 year old girl. She is still with him I am really worried about her sons safety and the environment he's going to be in since this a grown man that slept with a girl barley going into high school. She thinks nothing will happen to him or her but the 14 year old girls mother is pressing charges. Does anyone know if CPS were to get involved it would remove the child from the home since she wants to be with a child molester
