FREAKIN OUT!!!!!!!

Ok girls I could really use some feedback. I started PMSing about 2 or 3 days ago and I keep getting this extremely sharp pain in my stomach like right behind my navel. It sort of feels like a really bad paper cut on my insides or a small knife cut on my insides. This has never happened to me before and it's really scaring me because it has made me feel dizzy just by turning my body. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
