You do realize that you get twins from what ever your egg decides to do? Not from eating certain food or having sex in certain positions... It's all up to the eggs.. Even is your partner is a twin your still not in the running for twins.. It's your eggs....

I agree with Asmee you just need to pray girl! That's my approach! I don't have my first sono till later this month but I just have a feeling we are going to have twins! Weird I know. But I have prayed my whole life for three and my hubby only wants two so if we have twins then I will have my three! Haha

I am also trying to conceive twins. I have been reading a lot about how more folic acid and cassava can increase your chances. I also have been on birth control for 7 years so that is another thing that can help. Also being overweight, age and other factors can come into play other than genetics. I read all this but I have yet to read a success story. So hopefully I might be the success story! Fingers crossed!!

Well when we were trying my dh would make sure he was as far up as he could be when let his swimmers out and I put my legs up for about 10 min after but its prolly just coincidence that we r having twins I don't think there's a whole lot u can do it just happens when its meant to happen

I tried Preseed and cassava I took 6 pills a day I worked my way up to that. I was on it a total of 6 months. Got my bfp now the wait to see if it worked

I just found this info. And I love pomegrante and when we conceived it was high pomegrante season and I ate them everyday. I had no idea about these benefits I just love the fruit and we conceived twins on our first month of trying. Hope it helps someone
