Breastfeeding and period

(Not a bf question) my milk supply has picked up a little to the point where my nipples are leaking again lol 🙈 i had an emergency c section 5 weeks ago and the bleeding and lochia stopped around week 3 . Ive had brown spotting the past day or two but ive just realised that im bleeding fresh blood and i have pain across my scar 🙈 i rang the midwife triage . Could it be my period ?
