NIPPLE HELP 🍰😰

So my boyfriend got pretty serious when playing with my nips a few days ago...they were SUPER sensitive afterwards and there was a hickey or two, but I didn't sweat it. Now it's a few days later and they (one more than the other) aren't really soft like they were, they're kinda rough and it seems like almost a scab layer over them...(although they look & work normally)
